Return & Refund Policy

At PunyaPath, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods, personalized/customized products, and digital/downloadable items.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

2. Return Process

  • Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions.
  • Products must be shipped back using the courier service suggested by us (if applicable).
  • Once received, the item will undergo a quality check before approval.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return after delivery, as per this policy.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Punya Path will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card/debit card company, as processing may take some time.
  • Contact your bank regarding possible delays.
